Affiliates may:
• Share their unique affiliate code on social media, websites, blogs, messaging platforms, and educational communities
• Create original content such as reviews, explainers, or learning resources related to FinMaverick courses
• Use officially approved logos, creatives, and marketing materials provided by Fin Maverick
Prohibited Use
Affiliates must not:
• Make false, misleading, or guaranteed claims about exam results, certifications, income, or outcomes
• Impersonate Fin Maverick, its founders, instructors, or employees
• Use spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited promotions
• Misrepresent pricing, discounts, or offers
• Run paid ads using FinMaverick’s brand name, trademarks, or domain without written approval
• Promote Fin Maverick in illegal, unethical, or inappropriate contexts
Content Standards
All promotional content must be honest, factual, and respectful.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
Fin Maverick reserves the right to request edits or removal of any content that violates this policy.
Enforcement
Violation of this Usage Policy may result in suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.
Pending or unpaid commissions may be withheld or forfeited in cases of misuse, policy violation, or suspected abuse.
Ending the Partnership
Fin Maverick may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time.
Payment of any pending commissions is subject to internal review and compliance with program terms.
